In the last box in the All templates section - Links before footer. Just paste in the code from Google, Statcounter or whomever you are using for tracker/counter.
» My Autoresponder provider isn't supported what do I do?
Leave the plugin's opt-in setting to NONE and the fields empty. Go to your AR providers site and create a web form for your list. Paste in the AR code from your provider where you want the form to appear. If you are using the column squeeze template paste the code in the Right Text area box.
» Opt-in form ID fields?
Opt In List Username = Your username you login to Aweber / Getresponse with.
Opt In List ID = The name you gave your list.

Currently you cannot add or remove fields to the built in email form. You can however paste in code from your AR provider where ever you want the form to appear. Leave the Opt-in set to None and the ID fields blank.
