The standard license that come with the purchase of the plugin allows you to use the plugin on all of your personally owned sites only.
The developers license allows you to install the plugin on all of your personally owned sites plus on any of your individual clients websites.
This is a separate license and only available to active customers (plugin sold separately).
Perhaps Designers License would have been more appropriate terminology than ‘Developers’, but sticking with industry terminology ~ I used developers license.
Why is this license sold separately?
I want you as a web designer to be comfortable using the plugin before you take the plunge and purchase the non-refundable Developers license.
Developers License Terms
- Your clients (who you design a complete site and squeeze page for and include the plugin) may not sell or give away the plugin themselves. They may only use the plugin on the single site you designed.
- You cannot only design Squeeze/Sales Pages to sell and include the plugin
- You cannot design a WP Theme for sale or free to the masses and include the plugin
- You cannot give clients any access to the members area
- You have to personally install and activate the plugin in clients websites, DO NOT give them the zip file
[YES] Can be used on unlimited domains that you personally own
[YES] Can be used in individual client’s websites you design
You CANNOT do any of the following!
[NO] Cannot be used in sites you Flip/sell
[NO] Cannot be resold
[NO] Cannot be given away
[NO] You Cannot sell Resale Rights
[NO] You Cannot sell Private Label Rights
[NO] You Cannot sell Master Resale Rights
[NO] Cannot be included as a bonus to any free or paid product/service/membership
[NO] Cannot be repackaged to be added as part of a free or paid product/service/membership
